About Rachel

Rachel Rae Sheumaker has been an avid reader for as long as she can remember. Growing up, she recognized that a lot of books have unwanted content, and was thus attracted to classical literature.

Through her perusal of the classics, she discovered deep themes and purpose, even in stories that ended tragically. Her desire is to emulate the high-quality and meaningful stories found in classical literature, centered around the transitional period of the teenage to adult years.

When she’s not writing, Rachel can be found annotating books and drinking Earl Grey tea on stormy days.
